I would give them 6 stars if I could 😊 I saw an ad for them on social media (Reddit). Had no idea what to expect, but I liked the flat price for a service. I also asked them to have a look over and get back to me with a list of repairs because my cars a bit old. They called me to let me know what they thought needed doing and didn't go ahead with any repairs or price increases without asking me first (Which is awesome because I know nothing about cars and am an anxious, socially awkward, conflict avoidant mess who never knows what to ask about). I didn't feel pressured or anything. Kemmy is lovely, Kaitlyn is lovely. They even gave me a lift home (..because I didn't really plan for that 😂) Im super happy with the work they did and I feel like I was probably undercharged if anything for how much was done. Will be telling my friends and could not recommend them highly enough. ~ Livia B

PRICE 4⭐️ COMMUNICATION 5⭐️ PROFESSIONALISM 5⭐️ CUSTOMER SERVICE 6 out of 5⭐️ Not just servicing, they offer rim repairs, dent repairs, tinting and full detailing. From Kaitlyn's friendly phone manner and good communication to the professional and comprehensive customer service provided by Kemmy and Adam, and all the staff in my 2 previous visits. Price was very reasonable compared to other local quotes. Good availability of new model loan cars. Hot tip: they even have soundproof office pods/booths to work in while you wait 👌 My preferred service centre from now on ! 👍 ~ Dee F

I had my car serviced there recently, previously it had always been done at the dealership, Westside Auto did an amazing job, my car was ready and clean on pickup and not receiving any unnecessary add on charges was fantastic and my wallet definitely appreciated that. Check in and pickup was easy and the free loan car convenient. Took the opportunity to check out the huge showroom of cars for sale while I was there. I bought my car at Westside Auto. Bad experience - AC was not working. Fortunately I got warranty. And here starts good experience with Westside Auto Service. Reparation took more time than expected around 2 weeks. During this time I got replacement vehicles (free of charge). Once car was repaired and tested I could get it back. Just had our Honda Civic serviced at Westside Auto Service and honestly, the whole experience was fantastic. Massive thanks to Mick, Adam, and Kemmy — you guys were all legends. Marsh Mamun from the Sales team is amazing and a true gem. He contacted me the very next day after I submitted my query on an Audi A4 online. He setup an appointment with me, showed me the car and I ended up buying the car only because of the amazing service he provided to us. Very trendy car Service.The receptionist was great. Some other service providers offer video coverage of the services done which is a great idea and should be incorporated by Westside sooner than late. To upsell future bookings they can discount on further car works. Adam the manager has impeccable customer satisfaction skills. While you wait for your car being done do visit their 2000 and more cars for sale on the other side of the street-sure to be flabbergasted 💯 ~ Sinu V

I was very happy for the repairs that was done. Everything was explained to me in details and the work done was fantastic. Broke down 200kn out of Perth - could still drive the car to Westside Motors. Outstanding support- this happened late Friday afternoon- the office was waiting for me, the car was inspected and I received a hire car. My car was then fixed under warranty and returned to my home 300km out of Perth the following Wednesday. Thank you for your excellent support and service . ~ Gabriele P

They took my booking at short notice, the staff were really friendly, they even had complimentary drinks in the lounge. The service was good, the mechanics covered my carpets and left the car cleaner than when it arrived. The prices were very reasonable. 360 for rear brakes and skimmed discs on a Range Rover= good value. ~ John B

Great Service from Westside Auto Service, they were easy to book online and a pleasure to deal with. They had my ford ranger serviced in the required time frame that I need the vehicle back. Gave it a good wash and even got some complimentary mint sweet in the vehicles as a gift. Kaitlyn in the office was a sweetheart and made me feel welcome. ~ Victor W

Hospitality is good, didn't take me time to get what I was there for.m car was serviced within anticipated hours. They helped me to raise a claim for the car windows which was stack on closed position from the insurance. I as well got a refund on that because it was under warranty, but I had to pay for that earlier. ~ Febian C

i get it a car service may just feel like a car service. The experience i had was seamless and memorable. Staff were frendly and efficient. My vehicle was left clean and tidy with the complementry clean. They went above and beyond on the small things that had been missed by previous servicing companies. Kaitlyn and the team provided a terrific experience. Service was great. Log book stamped, faulty reverse monitor fixed for no extra cost. Good value and quick turn around. Great service! Very professional approach, They are having nice stay and relax lounge for people who like to stay up until service is done. No any misleading up coming vehicle faults forecast . Kaitlyn started what was a very easy process by booking me in a few days after I inquired and even organised me a lift back to work on the day. Vehicle was on a tight timeframe and was serviced well within time for me to collect, with a report of what was found during the service and the best part… car was sparkling clean inside and out! ~ Alistair R
